Training & Support
Support that goes beyond delivery.

Training inclusions, session formats and dates are indicative and content-managed. Completion of any course is not a qualification, accreditation or licence to treat, and nothing here is a clinical or regulatory claim. Operators remain responsible for meeting the requirements applying in their state or territory.
Ownership Assurance
Five-year warrantyon all equipment.
Covered
Regent stands behind every system it supplies with a five-year warranty — a deliberately long term, made possible by keeping the equipment under our own care.
Five years
Every platform supplied by Regent carries a five-year equipment warranty from the date of installation.
Serviced by Regent
The five-year term applies while all servicing and maintenance is carried out exclusively through Regent.
One accountable partner
Genuine parts, factory-aligned procedures and a complete service history held in one place for the life of the system.
Warranty condition
To maintain the five-year warranty, all servicing and maintenance must be performed by Regent Medical Aesthetics. Servicing carried out by any other party will end warranty coverage. Full warranty terms are provided in writing with each supply agreement.
Australian Support
Local support that responds when you do.
No offshore queues. No generic help centres. Australian-based support and a clear pathway to service when your clinic needs it.
Every system Regent supplies is backed by Australian support, local servicing coordination and direct contact with the team that understands your equipment.
